Return of Defective/ Wrong Merchandise

In the event that you receive the merchandise and it appears to be defective or wrong, United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. will not charge you a restocking fee or shipping fee. Call us immediately about the situation through the contact details stated below and request for a RA Number (Return Authorization Number)

Upon your request you must provide the following:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name/Item Number/ Description of the product/s you wish to return
  3. Quantity of the product/s you want to return
  4. Date and Time of delivery
  5. The reason for the Return/Exchange/Refund
  6. Your contact details

Once the claim is approved, you may have the option to have the merchandise exchanged and have it redelivered to you, or to request for a refund. (Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are packaged in its original (or similar) packaging and ready for shipment. We will arrange to have the items picked up at no cost to you. General Returns

When you need to return the merchandise, you must request a RA Number (Return Authorization Number) from United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. through the contact details as stated above within seven (7) business days from the receipt of the merchandise. No merchandise may be returned without an RA Number providing the reason/s for the return.

Please note that events such as willful damage, misuse of product, unauthorized repair or tampering, product/s that is not in its original condition and packaging, and products which include anything that has been washed or used may prevent the merchandise from being accepted for return. If in doubt, please discuss the situation with us before requesting for a RA Number.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all orders that will be returned.

Notify and contact us immediately through the contact details provided if you have any concern or questions about this. Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be accountable for the return shipping costs. If your order ships and you cancel immediately after it ships, you will still be held liable for all outbound and inbound shipping costs. In this event you still need to receive the ordered merchandise and then call us immediately to arrange a return and follow the above mentioned request for RA Number instructions. Refusing the shipment is not a valid way to return and/or cancel an order; you will be subjected to additional fees and penalties.

While United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. does its very best to meet customers’ satisfaction on each purchase and deadlines, there are always inevitable circumstances where the deadline cannot be met. Failure in meeting the deadline does not remove a customer’s obligation to pay the normal cancellation fees. The best way to prevent this kind of situation is to inform us ahead and make sure we are aware of your deadline. Please monitor your e-mails for the tracking number sent around the time an order gets shipped.

Note: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, packaging and shipping configuration. Product received other than in its original packaging will not be resalable, and no refund will be issued and/or additional charges will apply.

Refund & Cancellation

Your order will ship within 7 to 10 business days but if you have a deadline for us to comply with, you must make us aware ahead of time. Contact us immediately so that we could cancel the order prior to the shipment. Your credit card charge will be reversed without a restocking fee. Both the charge and the refund will reflect in your credit card statement. In case that your order has been shipped, it will be subjected to shipping and restocking charges as described above. Cancellations or returns must be authorized ahead. All sales are considered final 30 days after purchase.

Receiving Instructions

For the arrangements regarding receipt of your shipment, the shipping company should contact you. All deliveries require that a person of legal age be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Damaged Shipment

If the packaging has visible damages, immediately open it and inspect the product. In the event that the product appears to be damaged when the freight carrier delivered the item/s to you, refuse to accept the product and ask the freight carrier to take it back to the originating point. Even if slightly damaged, declare and write “DAMAGED PACKAGE” when you sign for the delivery. Report the situation to us if there is evident damage, and/or hidden damage/s not later than 7 business days.

Please note that events such as willful damage, misuse of product, unauthorized repair or tampering may prevent a product from being accepted for return/refund/exchange.

Reminders

  • Before you place an order, always check the color and the dimensions of the product.
  • You can also contact us to ask for assistance in selecting product/s of your choice
  • Write “Damaged Package” when you notice even a slight damage when signing for the delivery.
  • Do not damage or discard any shipping materials, package or boxes until you are sure and are satisfied. Returns must be in a resalable condition and configuration.

Note: In rare instances Canadian customers may be subjected to additional shipping costs. If it applies to your order we will contact you.

United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. provides consumers with opportunities to purchase great products warranted to be defect-free in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days upon the date of shipment.

United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. products are limited in terms of stock and all orders are subject to availability.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warrantee of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. will not be held liable for missed delivery dates and/or the performance of third parties, including, but not limited to, shipping companies. United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. will be responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits.

United Colors of Canada Apparel Wholesale Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible. Our website displays close renditions to the actual colors available and cannot be 100% accurate due to the variation of the consumers’ computer monitor settings.
